JOB DESCRIPTION:	Provide direct assistance to sales team. Must be able to accuratley track sales performance factors and implement incentive programs. Ensure all sales invoices are correctly documented and processed. Sales manager will also be responsible for conducting regular scheduled training sessions over fundamental HVAC sales principles.
